Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Office based)
Location: Membury Hungerford
Positions: 1 Full Time & 1 Part Time
Hours: FT Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) PT Wed-Fri 8am-5pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: To be confirmed
We have an opportunity for a full time and part time permanent Customer Service Advisor to join a rapid growing company. Do you have computer skills? Are you confident on the telephone? Do you have experience in Admin? This role is predominantly providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Saturday mornings are required on a rota basis approx 1 in 4 paid on an overtime rate.
Your main duties & responsibilities are:
· Answer the telephone & emails in a polite and helpful manner
· Processing orders and card payments
· Ordering fuels through third parties suppliers
· Confirm orders
· Submit invoices to include proof of delivery
· Able to prioritise workload
· First Line response
To be considered for this role
· IT Literate
· Outstanding customer service and telephone manner
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work harmoniously with others, but be able to work on your own initiative
· Be able to follow instructions
There are 2 positions available, a full and part time position for suitable candidates and an immediate start is required.
Full Time Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Part Time Hours are Wednesday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
